apara uma familia de 4 e pequeno. O travesseiro nao e bom, e a agua do chuveiro sai muito pouca agua! Mas e perto das partes turísticas e tem bom restaurante próximo! O ar condicionado nao esquenta o suficiente a piscina nao e aquecida!

Few issues with the room - tv didn’t work upon arrival and we were travelling with children , the room was really dirty and had an asthma flare up - i had to keep asking reception to help without them doing a lot. they had run out of hypo-allergenic pillows and had to ask a couple of times - i also requested the room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. i wouldn’t recommend for anyone with allergies or asthma as no ventilation in the rooms. overall the hotel was nice and good choice at breakfast which is served till 11 at weekends and there is a late checkout of 12 which was excellent. the pool was cold but the facilities were nice

This hotel is perfect for visiting the main sights as it’s right on the doorstep of the old town. It provides excellent value for money with clean. Modern rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, hearty vast selection at breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Room was clean and comfortable. There was some miscommunication when we requested to replace the sparkling water with still water and the housekeeping staff forgot to give us new towels after clearing the old ones but both issues were rectified after we called down.

Really enjoyed our experience here. Hotel was spotless, room was warm and spacious. Separate toilet and bathroom with shower AND separate bath. Use of pool, gym and sauna are an excellent bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Room would have been good for adults only, but felt the hotel wasn’t very accommodating for younger guests. We had a 18month with us and requested a travel cot then wished we had brought our own as the one the hotel supplied only had a very very thin mattress that was really hard and bumpy and not comfortable at all so ended up having to put towels and blankets under the sheet and resulted in a very poor quality sleep. We had brought baby food with us with the plan to heat in the sink with boiling water from the kettle, but this didn’t go to plan as the sinks plug was broken. We asked staff if they would mind firing the food in the microwave and they advised no (at first we thought for health and safety but the staff advised us it was because we didn’t buy it on their premises) although nothing suitable on menu. When checking out I was on my own with a lot of luggage and pram and rang down to see if staff could assist and they advised this was not a service they provided. If staying as adult only hotel is nice, bit random having the toilet seperate from bathroom and felt a bit claustrophobic. The food during dinner time for room service was really delicious and definitely worth eating at hotel if staying Central location

Quite walkable to the Royal Mile and Waverley Station, maybe 10-15 minutes. Mostly flat, though Waverley itself is down a slope. Breakfast was good and not too busy, though I stuck to the less busy times as advertised. Restaurant also quite qiet, though bar was busy on one night at least (there was a football game on!) All-in-all, typical Novotel.

Amazing hotel would thoroughly recommend. Staff were super friendly, room was modern and clean, and location was great.
