The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating—they provided smooth assistance during check-in and were very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. My room was spacious, clean, and cozy, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day exploring the city. Another highlight is that tap water is safe to drink, which adds an extra layer of convenience for travelers. Considering its strategic location, room quality, and level of service, the room rate is quite reasonable and well worth the price. The location is perfect, near MRT Bugis and Jalan Besar. The room is spacious and clean, even the linens. Smart TV and good connection to the internet, there's a 24-hour convenience store nearby.

Stayed at Mi Bencoolen Hotel for two days with my sister and niece. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The room and bathroom were clean, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. Great location, very close to the MRT, making it easy to get around Singapore. Overall, a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We received a warm welcome from the front staff, and the housekeeping staff have been helpful and attentive. Most of all, the staff are courteous and cheerful. We were greeted within the hotel compound.

This trip to KL was truly awesome... From the hotel accommodation at the Grand Suites at Berjaya Times Square, the host who attended us, he's so efficient, accommodating, and very friendly... To the strategic location for shopping, dining, entertainment, etc., etc., just love it! Will definitely return back!
