The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The reception name Ann and Nong always serves us with her sweet smile. Pie and Tom from F&b they are so awesome and fantastic. They’re so professional and the smile always in they face, Nong the reception always give her best to make sure us enjoy our stay. I love this hotel and all the staff. Breakfast food is awesome and the view is very beautiful and peaceful thank you so much. It's our second time staying in this hotel. The hotel was close to Ao Nang Beach and many restaurants around. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and had so many options. We'll make sure to stay in this hotel again when we go back to Aonang :) Thank you Panan Krabi Hotel!

First time staying here, very impressed. Requested a room on the upper floor, the hotel arranged it for me. The view in the morning, waking up to see the mountains, very beautiful, refreshing. The room is spacious, the bed is soft, well separated. The staff at the front desk is very welcoming. Too bad we stayed on a rainy day, so we didn't get to try the swimming pool, but everything was very good. Will go back to stay again.
