The owner is very cute and super enthusiastic. The room price is cheap but the quality is very, very good. The room is always cleaned by the girls. The room is also located right in the center of Cat Ba town, convenient for traveling. Will definitely come back to this hotel.
Oh, everyone should book a tour to Lan Ha Bay from the hotel owner, because the price is very cheap, suitable for students like us, even cheaper than other places to book tours.

Room for 4 people but a bit small, old toilet, door is stuck and difficult to open and close, service is expensive but there is no drinking water or snacks available, the only good thing is that it is near the square but the experience here is not good.

The receptionist in the morning was very enthusiastic and cheerful, but I was not satisfied with the attitude of the receptionist in the afternoon and evening. The cleaning lady was very cheerful and friendly. The room was normal, with lots of mosquitoes. If I chose it, I would not come back.

I went in the cold season but the blanket was very thin, I slept cold at night, the hot water ran out quickly and I had to rinse with cold water.
