We got a room on the 5th floor with a balcony and a very best view (city and lake view at one place). I'm so lucky and very happy. All staff are very kind, and the girl staff can give you information because she can speak English. Trust me, Sapa Crown Hotel is near all your destination places. Nomadtrails Boutique Hotel

It's a small boutique hotel, so as expected the room was beautiful and comfy. Just a 2 minute walk to Sun Plaza and in the city center, so walking around is a no brainer. Big windows made the foggy scenery even more mystical. The staff were very friendly and let us check-in sooner when we arrived. Thumbs up! We have a pleasant stay here.

Bamboo Sapa Hotel

Staying at Bamboo Hotel was very delightful. Nice clean room and excellent mountain view. Julie was helping us with check-in and she was very helpful. We also got good help from Amou, the bellboy, who is always ready to help us with our luggage. Overall a great experience, would recommend.
