I had such a lovely stay at Pan Pacific. From the moment I arrived, the staff were great! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable – I especially loved the little touches. The facilities were excellent, and everything about my stay was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. This is so far the best and value for money hotel in Melbourne if you’d like to stay in CBD area. Exactly in the heart of Melbourne shopping arcade (Bourke St Mall). The room is surprisingly quite big. I got a very early check-in (at 10 am). So perfect for family. Yes, I would like to stay here again when I visit Melbourne. Thank you Holiday Inn!!!

Location is very convenient to the free tram stops, shops, and QVM. The hotel and room is clean and comfortable, and is also kids-friendly with their small corner for kids to read and play down at the lobby. Property is secure too and they had assisted us with storage luggage when we arrived early before the check in time. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Very strategic location, less than 5 mins from Southern Cross Station (which is a hub for Skybus - to & from airport). Tram is also less than 5 mins distance from the hotel. The hotel is very modern, very sleek interior. Love the amenities—smells very nice. We watched Coldplay during our stay and it was a very close walk from Marvel Stadium. We will come back to this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff member. The location is so central. Free tram in front of the hotel. Amazing. Love the nice pool and sauna also. Will stay here every time I come to Melbourne for sure.

Absolutely 💯% satisfied with the whole journey. Q1 Resort was one of the best accommodations I've enjoyed. I received an upgraded room which was a lovely welcomed surprise. The view was amazing. The room was spotless, had everything you could think of needing whilst staying. Close proximity to shops, beach, attractions, restaurants, market. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My grandson loved the indoor pool. The whole atmosphere was pleasing and relaxing. We'll be back for sure. Book 2408, you will not be disappointed. Cheers.

The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel
Thank you. I stayed many years ago and have enjoyed all my experiences. This time was equally pleasant, easy, and allowed more exploring in Hobart. I found the staff very helpful and love the physical structures of the main hotel building and the separate accommodation wing. Beautifully converted.
