Stayed here for 3 nights. The vibe is calming, comfortable, green, and clean. The room is quite spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure staying here. Recommended for a vacation, especially if you're bringing children.

Staying at Batu Wonderland was truly a pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt clean and tidy—from the front area, hallways, and even the rooms themselves, everything was immaculately maintained.
I stayed in a Deluxe room, and it was quite well-equipped. There was a mini-fridge, plus complimentary drinks and snacks, which immediately made me feel at home. Another bonus was that if you stay on a Saturday night, the hotel also provides complimentary snacks from 6 PM to 8 PM. It was perfect for a relaxing snack before retiring.
The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the toilet smelled good and was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making for a comfortable stay.
Best for families: this hotel is kid-friendly. Children can swim for free in the waterpark, and there's also a mini playground for the little ones. So not only will the parents be happy, but the kids will be too.
Overall, Batu Wonderland is highly recommended, especially for families with children. It's comfortable, clean, has complete facilities, and there's also entertainment for the kids. It's worth it!

If you're on vacation in Malang, this hotel could be a good choice. We stayed for two nights, choosing a Deluxe Twin room. The room was spacious, with a smart TV and a sofa bed, perfect for a family with two children. Facilities include an indoor pool, a small playground for children, and a gym. There's plenty of parking. Wi-Fi is good, available throughout the hotel. The food is delicious, especially the French Toast. It's close to Kayutangan Heritage, Klojen Market, and the train station. I forgot to check out the rooftop 😁

The restaurant staff, named Mba Mery, was very nice, friendly, and always smiling. I hope the other staff there are as friendly as Mba Mery. My family spent 11 days at the Aria Gajayana Hotel, a truly memorable vacation. And also, thank you to Mr. Bagas, the housekeeper who found my husband's bag when he left it in the pool. He was very kind and honest.
