I always love Swiss-Bel. I stayed here for a night so that I can have a dedicated space where the Wi-Fi is good and for there to have no distractions. And I got exactly that and more because it is walking distance to the city center so I got to easily meet up with the people who are living around the area, it is very conveniently located towards the end of Tunjungan Street.

Hotel staff very kind and friendly, check-in time flexible, easy access to and from the hotel, there is halte bus under pedestrian bridge in front of the hotel, hotel location super strategic across the Surabaya's biggest shopping mall Tunjungan Plaza, room clean and spacious, not cramped, comfy for Muslims to do daily prayers.
