We stayed at 2 different units. One with three bedrooms and another one is a studio. Check-in was smooth. They had a check-in time at 3 pm and we came around 3.15-ish, so we had to wait for 20 minutes because there was a queue. It wasn't a problem. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating by putting our units on the same floor and literally next to each other (which is GREAT!), even though we had to wait because the previous renter of the studio had a late checkout. Both units were clean. The kitchen in the three-bedroom unit was complete. They provided a frying pan, boiling pan, plates, bowls, spoons and forks, electric stove, cups, wine glasses, microwave, and a new sponge on the sink. The outdoor swimming pool was huge and pretty! To enter, one adult needs one access card, though. Just FYI. Definitely a great place to stay with the whole family. Thank you.

Room is clean. Only the check in took quite a long time. They can only do check in at 3 PM unlike other place. However the room and facilities are clean. Special thanks to the room boy who have helped me bringing my luggage Mr. Sophian. He provided an excellent service. My comment is make the check in time earlier.

A very very comfortable place to staycation. the bedroom and toilet are clean. the furniture is all new and the toilet is comfortable to wear. complete facilities from cooking ware to minimarkets. they also have a children's playground & beautiful garden. the swimming pool is very nice & comfortable. view from the balcony & bedroom is very beautiful. close from PIK Avenue Mall & fresh market. close from cafe and restaurant along the street. very easy to reach by public transportation especially transjakarta. very happy to staycation here.

Checking in and out was a breeze! Mr. Indra was very responsive and accommodating towards our inquiries. Very clean apartment, free wifi, tv cables, two ACs, with free snacks (and charged ones, the prices were written clearly and they were super reasonably prized! Say goodbye to wandering to minimarts and hello to enjoying your stay)

Aston Pluit Hotel & Residence
Booked 8 rooms for guest. I could not be more embarrassed. Many Mosquitoes in the room, Blankets have blood stains, Cockroach infestation (its crawling on the tables), funky smell in the room, Booked non smoking but got smoking rooms. My guests are not pleased. They did not get enough rest and became ill. Overall looks like a 1.5 star hotel instead of 4 star.

Totally sucks! Such a scary hotel, linen all dirty, dust everywhere, lighting very low! Definitely will not come back here again! We did the check in 11pm but decide to just dump the room and did the check out 11.45pm.
