Becareful when you forget your belonging here, the cleaning service tends not to return. My mom left her watch and she phonr the hotel, they said they didn't found it. Ashame.

They gave me 4th floor. Have to have stairs each time. Room provided was so old and moist, bathroom clogged. Immediately asked to change room on the next day.

A five star hotel with a provincial 4-star feel. As you step out of the elevator, immediately you are welcomed by a whiff of dampness, as if the carpet is old. Thev view in the room wasn't great despite being on 60th floor because the layout followed a standard franchise template of a mid hotel. The bed was nice, though. I slept well. But overall, it was not money well spent. For a bit more, I could have stayed at Mandarin Business Suite with Bunderan HI view in a room that feels like home and an amazing bathtub.

I can say, I didn't enjoy staying in the hotel. The AC was broken, resulting to the hot conditioned room. I already escalated it to the staffs, but they couldn't be much helpful. It feels like they didn't do any maintenance at all to the rooms there. I checked out early in the night and moved to another hotel cause I was very not comfortable with that condition.

The staff was friendly. However, the room itself had an unpleasant smell and the room where I was assigned did not have very good connection. I could not connect to the WiFi provided unless I went outside the room to the lobby.
