It 's better now, cleaner and spacious. But need improvements in foods and the pool cleanliness.

Overall everything 's okay. The food, our room, no problem at all. The beach kind of dirty but still nice for our family.

I booked 10 rooms in this hotel for my wedding. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but room 421 need tile replacement for the bathroom, there were dark spots everywhere. Furthermore, the hotel need to do deep cleaning on room 407. It seemed clean, but I woke up on my wedding day with bedbug bites on my hand. My sister who stayed in the same room with me had it worse; She's got bedbug bites all over her body. It was quite annoying because I couldn't possible scratch my hands during my wedding festivities, and the bedbugs also left dark spots on my hands and my sister's bodies. I didn't make a fuss to the staff because we had to check out very early in to make the morning holy matrimony, and because everyone was already too occupied with the wedding activities. But I hope the hotel can make some improvements. Other than that, everything else were pleasant. The receptionist who was on duty on Oct 6 at night was especially very accommodative to me, love her.

Overall the hotel was good, good views and ambience. But only 1 electric plug for almost 3 mio room? Seriously you need to add more electric plugs for the rooms.

Amongs the best hotel experiences we've had in Serang. The staff are super friendly plus great breakfast. Very close to royal shopping cejter and only a couple of minutes to serang station.

The resort give us Samudera Pasifik with number 11, which are: 1. The villa was not well maintained. 2. The bedroom windows cannot be closed. 3. The bedroom door to the balcony could not be opened and finally it was broken down by a technical officer from the resort. 4. The resort was not given us a bath mat and we have to ask first. 5. The gas cylinder for cooking ran out when we just arrived. 6. Gallons of water ran out and we had to pay for a new gallon of water. 7. The pool water is very cloudy because there is a lot of sand and guests swim wearing clothes from a beach full of sand. 8. Too many APV motor in the beach and no officer to manage it and may cause accident with kids that playing in the beach. The good thing is only the resort location is front of Sanur Beach
