Apartment in Samnak Kham

Room very spacious. But no maintenance on the furniture. Old furniture. Toilet are not clean, smelly, leaking here and there. I hope the management will do something about it.

There were some leftover foods in the fridge, and it smelt so bad that we had to leave the windows opened for about 1 hour as the smell lingering all over the room. Bad experience 🙁

Friends and I were assigned adjacent rooms on the 8th floor. Upon entering the room, we were catered to the shocks of our lives. The rooms were untidy, unkept, and messy with bed sheets and blankets piled up, this could be because the previous guests could have just checked out. The staff in the lobby was not notified of these ' unprepared rooms ' by the cleaners in this hotel. Probably communication mishap among the staff. The experience was not a pleasant one, we drove almost 7 hours from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and then had to put in another couple of hours at both the immigration on the Malaysian and Thailand side with heavy human and vehicle traffic due to school holidays. Only to be greeted with messy rooms! Acting on our complaint, we were then assigned rooms on the 7th floor which was way better. This experience has put us off and will never again book this hotel.

Very near to 7E and nice hotel with good spa.
