Villa in Shaanxi

Good location, near to Bell Tower and Drum Tower. So closed to Muslim street. Big room and clean. Breakfast was completed, chinese and western foods.

Good location but hotel is old

The room was clean, the staff very and help full. Hotel set in very nice location you can walk to all attractions. Near by have small supermarket and fruit shop.

The heater in room is not working, the temperature was too hot. The room is clean and comfy. I don’t know about the rules in this hotel, but the bellboy ask tip when he brought our bag (i think tip is not a must even though you will give to them because he already helped you). The location is very strategic in Xian

In the middle of the city Can travel anywhere Because near the subway station, the room is clean, worth the money

We had a superb experience staying with this hotel largely due to the amazing service rendered by the hotel staffs specifically Ms. Tina Liu who was a great help with answering all my inquiries in english and the detailed explanation on many issues that I have during my stay in Xian, Ms. Sindy Liuhongjie for her efforts in ensuring her support when arranging my airport transfer and our subsequent guided tour to visit the terracotta warriors and all the service staffs for the hotel had really done above and beyond their duties to ensure each guests stay a happy and comfortable one. Thanks and we look forward to staying here again if we ever come again.

Great location, near City Wall and metro station. Hotel staff very helpful, great service, and have well english spoken.
