Overall good but AC in my room was not enough cool … The breakfast menu tasted good but not variatif. The omelett is too dry not smooth like used to be. The pool should be free for guest.

I love it-the room was clean and with new design. However Lobby too hot, the AC can't handle it, as the main door keep open. I've got LCO till 13:00-thank you for Front Desk. Good location in the city center. Breakfast just average, not outstanding (7/10) Note: Please improve the soundproof in the guest room.

Thank to the hospitality from front officer and security guard. But maybe check to publish rate from the hotel again, it ' s more cheaper, same rate or more higher. Due went we check publish rate it ' s more lower than app. Overall good place for stay 1 or 2 nights only, walking distance to alun-alun, mall. Easy find for foods and beverage ' s.

I’m a backpacker. This is my horrible experience! We never had this kind of f***ing things with another hotel (same price budget hotel) There’s no blanket no towel there’s is TV they put little bit higher than my bed but there’s no remote ! So many mosquitoes. Fan wasn’t working properly it was horible night we can’t sleep at all! Pokoknya super kapok, big no to comeback. G tau bak mandi ato airnya but itu berpasir. About attitude staff skali 1-10 saya kasih 7 yg buat shift mlmny 5 ! G tau ngantuk lelah atau apa but not suppose to be like that!
