Villa in Kalipuro

I stayed for 2 nights and it was totally worth it. The room, the view, the sunrise. I love all of it😍 this was my first time in Banyuwangi and Ketapang Indah didn't fail my expectations. If I've the chance to coming back, ill stay here again!❤️

Good enough but the air con is hot and we've been inform the hotel about this several times but nothing improved.

Room (3/5): Spacious deluxe room, but some reviews mentioning the interior are valid. Broken wardrobe and cupboard hinge, leaking shower hose, messy hidden strip lamp, and dirty floor grout that's need to be reapplied asap. Food (4/5): Average taste but makes a decent breakfast. A lot of kinds to pick from local food to dessert. Service (5/5): Outstanding hospitality. All staffs always greet and give their best to ensure we have a pleasant stay from the get go. Location (5/5): Strategic spot at the main road and only 5 minutes from the harbour, perfect for transit to and from Bali. Conclusion: We enjoyed our short stay but the room interior needs serious maintenance.

Lokasinya cukup dekat dgn pelabuhan ketapang. Cocok untuk yg mau melanjutkan perjalanan buat nyebrang ke bali keesokan harinya. Tapi sayang sekali tempatnya kurang terawat menurut saya. Akses menuju hotel jalannya menanjak & curam. Kebersihannya juga kurang. Saya mendapati ada serangga di kamar mandi saya. Di kamar mandi saya jg tidak tersedia sabun, hny ada shampo. Waktu saya stay disana, saya dpt kamar di lantai bawah. Tidak ada sinyal untuk internetan/telepon, wifi hotel juga error. Jadi semalaman tidak bisa telepon/internetan sama sekali. Poin plus: staff hotel ramah, pemandangan dari lobi ketika pagi hari bagus, karena bisa lgsg melihat laut/pelabuhan ketapang. Mohon ditingkatkan lagi untuk kebersihannya.

Very noisy because it 's beside a mosque and its sound start at 4AM.

Staying here on our family holiday. The staffs very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The room ia not super clean but clean. If you want to transit before crossing from ketapang to gilimanuk this is very close to ketapang port. Their breakfast is superb. So many varieties for their price is definitely a plus. Parking right in front of our cottage also a plus.

Room is comfortable and worth the price.
