Once, I had complained with them due to restaurant service. But thanks to the one and only Michael (front office staff) who handle and taking care of my complain very well. Really love the hospitality of front office staff and the lady from restaurant (which I forget her name) whos always escourt my BF to the room. You guys are the best🥰😍 Mas Farhan, I think you should learn from them. Overall is good.

Great location and clean room. Friendly staff. Need to improve on food preparation and taste to be more better (dine in).

Nice hotel with padi field view. Room are clean & nice. Huge parking lot. Need to improve the breakfast menu.

The parking lot at the basement is terrible and messy, the bedroom is kinda dirty but the toilet is even worse.
