Price Includes:

• COVID-19 antigen rapid/swab test
• Laboratory test results printed in Indonesian or English (on request)
• Soft copy of laboratory test results sent via email or WhatsApp (on request)

• After completing your purchase, you will receive your flight e-ticket and Xperience voucher in 2 separate e-mails.
• Reservation required. Make a reservation in person at least 1 day before your visit.
• Customers who buy vouchers for other people are required to make a reservation at least 1 day before the visit to confirm the identity of the person who will redeem the voucher.
• Antigen rapid/swab tests are only available at 09:00 - 12:00 and 13:30 - 15:30 (local time).
• Show the voucher on the Traveloka application along with a valid identity document (KTP/SIM/Indonesian passport) belonging to each person who will take the test to the receptionist.
• If you are under 17 years old, you can use a valid parent or guardian ID card.

• This test is only valid for Indonesian citizens (WNI).
• Customers must present a valid Traveloka voucher and identity document (KTP/SIM/Indonesian passport) belonging to each person who will take the test.
• Customers under 17 years old can use a valid parent or guardian ID card.
• Customers who buy vouchers for other people are required to make a reservation at least 1 day before the visit to confirm the identity of the person who will redeem the voucher.
• The rapid/swab antigen test will last for about 15 - 30 minutes and the results will be available within 1 hour.
• Kimia Farma reserves the right to refuse customers who cannot show a valid identity document.
• The results of the COVID-19 rapid/swab antigen test are not valid for flights to certain destinations. Check the latest regulations at traveloka.com/id-id/safe-travel and read the official policies of the airport authorities before booking.
• Kimia Farma and Traveloka are not responsible for refusal by the airport authorities due to incorrect, incomplete, or expired documents.
• The Xperience voucher may be used starting from 14 days prior to the date of your departing flight. If the departing flight is in less than 14 days, the voucher validity period starts from the date of purchase.
