COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test at Merial Health Cawang

Price Includes:

• COVID-19 rapid/swab antigen test
• Consultation with a doctor by phone or WhatsApp before or after the test
• Printed or soft copy of lab test certificate in Indonesian

• After completing your purchase, you will receive your flight e-ticket and Xperience voucher in 2 separate e-mails.
• Reservation is required via WhatsApp at +628118000598. Make a reservation at least 1 day before your visit to choose to take the test at any time during the clinic's operational hours.
• If you are unable to come on the reserved time, call Merial Health directly to reschedule.
• This test is available from 10:00 - 12:00 and 13.00 - 15:00 local time.
• Show a valid Traveloka voucher on your phone along with the valid ID (KTP/SIM/Indonesian passport) of each person taking the test to the receptionist.
• If you are under the age of 17, you may use a valid family card (Kartu Keluarga).
• Only your Traveloka voucher is valid. Your payment receipt or proof of payment may not be used to enter.

If you have internet connection:

• In front of a staff member, open the Traveloka app and go to the My Booking page.
• Tap "See Voucher and How to Redeem".
• Select the voucher(s) that you would like to redeem, then swipe the button at the bottom of the page.
• Please ensure that vouchers are swiped in front of the staff. Vouchers that have been previously swiped will no longer be valid for redemption.

If you are not connected to the internet:

• Tap "See Voucher and How to Redeem" to view the voucher's QR code.
• Show the QR code to the staff.

• Customers who are unable to come on the reserved date and time must call Merial Health directly to reschedule.
• Customers must present a Traveloka voucher and a valid ID (KTP/SIM/Indonesian passport) of each person taking the test.
• Customers who are under the age of 17 may use a family card (Kartu Keluarga).
• The test will take approximately 30 minutes and the results will be available in 15 - 30 minutes.
• Customers with reactive (positive) test results will be recommended to take a swab PCR test and quarantine themselves at home for 14 days.
• Merial Health reserves the right to deny service to customers who are unable to present a valid ID.
• Merial Health and Traveloka may not be held responsible for any rejection by airport authorities due to incorrect, incomplete, or expired documents.
• The Xperience voucher may be used starting from 14 days prior to the date of your departing flight. If the departing flight is in less than 14 days, the voucher validity period starts from the date of purchase.
