Free of charge for children aged 2 and under when accompanied by a paying adult under the condition the child is sharing the same seat with the adult. To have a more comfortable trip, passengers are advised to book separate seats for children.

Please note: On weekends (Saturday and Sunday), certain areas within Hanoi's Old Quarter may be closed for the Walking Street event. Therefore, customers choosing pick-up/drop-off in the Old Quarter may not be able to be picked up or dropped off directly at the requested hotel and may need to walk a short distance to reach the hotel.
