Overall all the destinations in Belitung are very beautiful, the guide was on time in picking us up at the airport and hotel, took lots of photos in all spots, friendly, kind, explained in detail. But there is one thing that disappointed us, namely the GoPro documentation has not been successfully sent until now with the reason that it was deleted on the PC itself, the GoPro memory has also been deleted, they said they wanted to format it, but until now it has not been done. For us, documentation during snorkeling is important, because some of us were snorkeling for the first time. There was no snorkeling documentation on our cellphones at all, so we were very disappointed. There is one more thing that is actually disturbing, as a newbie in snorkeling, the spot is too deep, we also saw a guide who was overwhelmed in documenting us because he was not wearing a life jacket, regulating his breath while trying to document us. Our advice is to try to find a safer snorkeling spot for newbies. GoPro documentation is included in the package coverage but the travel agency has not been responsible for it 🙏🏽

According to CM, the quality of the photos has to be improved, there are some photos that are just one body, even though we were hoping for a view of our back view as well, we were a little disappointed when snorkeling, maybe the weather affected it so the water wasn't clear, the coral and fish weren't visible, The guide didn't take part in recording the water, we were the only ones who went into the water, so it's not recommended for those who can't swim.
