The service of the officer was satisfactory, starting from the purchase of a double entrance ticket between paying directly on the spot and ordering by app. After I reported it, the cash funds paid on the spot were returned because I had ordered by app. The officer apologized, looked sincere and serious in handling it. Hopefully Sangeh Monkey Forest will be more successful.
