Mount Gozaisho (June 1–November 30 Exclusive)

Mount Gozaisho is located in Mie Prefecture, Japan, with an elevation of 1,212 meters. It is about a 1.5-hour drive from downtown Nagoya. From the summit, you can enjoy a view of Nagoya, with breathtaking scenery in every season. In winter, under the right conditions, you may even see the stunning phenomenon of frost-covered trees. From the Gozaisho Ropeway, you can admire the seasonal landscapes and towering rock formations. Additionally, Sanjō Park has a well-paved walkway for a leisurely stroll, where you can not only appreciate the scenery but also discover plants that aren't visible at the base of the mountain.

Gozaisho Ski Resort:

East Slope: Beginner course, 180m long, 30m wide, average slope of 17 degrees.

West Slope: Upper/mid-section course, 250m long, 80m wide, average slope of 25 degrees.

Sledding Area (Children's Sledding Area and Children's Plaza): There is a dedicated plaza, 100m long and 40m wide, where plastic sleds can be used.
