Tour departs on time. Right from the beginning of the trip, I felt the care of the train company when I had a private car to the hotel to pick up my group of 2 people. I greatly appreciate the attention to customer experience of Emperor cruise staff, all requests are noticed and met. In particular, staff always try to take care of each group of guests individually and provide timely information about schedules, services, etc. to guests. On the train with me that day, there was a large group of about 20 people who were a bit noisy during lunch. At the end of the trip, the staff came to apologize for the inconvenience. It was a small action but really made me feel satisfied.
Regarding the schedule, in my opinion it's not too special. In the morning, guests will visit the fishing village and visit the floating seafood rafts (about 10-15 minutes), but there is only one raft house and there are not many types of seafood. Guests can also ride basket boats here and the local people rowing baskets are very friendly. The woman selling fresh coconuts on the raft is a bit solicitous (and the coconut price is also a bit steep at 30k/fruit =]] ) but it seems to support them a little in tourism. Next is the activity at Soi beach. I'm impressed that this area is not too crowded, the white sand beach is quite chill and there are also free kayaking and snorkeling services (but the sea was rough today so I couldn't experience it). Other beach games (parasailing, water motorbikes are also available here) will cost a fee. The bathroom and changing rooms at Soi beach are also very orderly and clean.
Lunch on the train is the highlight of the trip. The dishes are diverse, the portions are relatively large, and the taste is very good. The experience of sitting and eating on the water's waves is a bit "difficult" but not too uncomfortable. The staff also serves enthusiastically and attentively during meals.
After lunch, guests can rest in the living room, or sit and fish on the deck, but in my opinion, it is difficult to catch fish, but anyone who likes to hold a chill fishing rod can do so.
Sundeck on the boat is a bit sunny during the day trip, but taking pictures here overlooking the sea and Nha Trang Bay is too ok.
