Pick Up Information (Private Car):

From Airport

• Once payment is confirmed, your Traveloka voucher will be sent via email. You can also see it via My Booking.
• When you arrive at Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) or Don Mueang International Airport (DMK), go to your Airport Transfer provider's counter at the arrival terminal to meet your driver.
• Show your Traveloka voucher to the your Airport Transfer provider's staff to confirm your booking.

To Airport

• Once payment is confirmed, your Traveloka voucher will be sent via email. You can also see it via My Booking.
• On the departure day, call your Airport Transfer provider's to confirm your booking and get the driver info.
• Your driver will pick you up at the agreed time and location.
