Rental cost is determined by the pick-up/drop-off zone, route, and type of car.
Rental cost includes driver, fuel, toll, and parking fees.
Passengers must pay the extra cost that may result from changes in the pick-up or drop-off zone. Payment must be in cash, made directly to the BlackLink staff or driver.

Passengers traveling to the airport must show up max. 30 minutes after the agreed pick-up time. Otherwise, the passenger will have to pay an extra charge of USD 10 per 30 minutes.

Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
Passengers are not allowed to smoke, as well as to carry substances with strong odors and/or dangerous items into the BlackLink vehicle. Dangerous items include but not limited to sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs.
Passengers are not allowed to drive the BlackLink vehicle.
Passengers are not allowed to use the BlackLink service for criminal or illegal activities.
Passengers are responsible for the consequences resulting from violations of the policy mentioned above.
Reschedule can only be done at the latest 12 hours before pick-up time.
Your reschedule request is based on car availability.
Reschedule is free of charge. However, if there is a price difference on the rental fee between the old and new schedule, the price difference will be borned to the passenger.

Refund is available for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
Refund amount is 100% of the rental cost.
Refund amount will be returned via the payment method used during booking.
