To board the bus, passengers must exchange their Traveloka e-tickets with the boarding pass from Joglosemar.
Passenger failing to arrive at the boarding point on time cannot ask for a refund.
Departure time, route, and vehicle type can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
For safety reasons, passengers are not allowed to talk to the driver while he/she is driving.
Passengers must not disturb the driver or other passengers during the trip.

To cancel your ticket and ask for a refund, go to the Joglosemar office at your departure point.
Bring your official identification document (KTP/SIM) and Traveloka e-ticket when canceling your ticket booking.
Cancellation can only be done at the latest 2 hours before departure time.
Cancellation is not available for weekend departures (Friday – Sunday).
Refund amount is 50% of the ticket price.
Refund amount will be returned within 3x24 hours after your request.
Collect your refund via bank transfer or at the Joglosemar office.
