Litha & Co is a bus company established since 1967. The bus operator was awarded by the Minister of Transportation Republic of Indonesia as intercity bus (AKAP) transportation company with the best economic service. Litha & Co provides economy AC bus, VIP and executive classes aside from economy class only. All of these classes can be enjoyed in all intercity (AKAP) routes in South Sulawesi, West Sulawesi and Central Sulawesi.
The Litha & Co bus company(PO) was founded in Makale, Tana Toraja, by Litha Brent in 1967. Starting from selling and transporting daily consumer goods with Dodge branded trucks, the fleet was eventually converted and commercialised to public transport. Services with route Tana Toraja - Ujung Pandang or vice versa was delivered to meet the needs of the public against the lack of public transportation in Tana Toraja. In subsequent developments, Litha & Co transformed into a corporate-shaped entity. The change was made in 1970 due to the addition owners of the company. With the change of status, Firma Litha & Co officially became a provider of land transportation services in 1972 serving short-range route Makassar - Tana Toraja. Ever since that, Litha & Co network continued to grow. Litha & Co added a new fleet of bus for the sake of business expansion in the future. Litha & Co used only Mercedes-Benz buses for their fleets. This was done in accordance with the mission of Litha & Co to provide maximum service to the community, while maintain the quality and comfort it offered. Now, Litha & Co has hundreds of fleets to serve 18 routes in three provinces in Sulawesi namely, South Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, and Central Sulawesi. Nevertheless, Litha & Co continues to run its business from its headquarter located on Jl. Urip Sumoharjo No. 15, Tello Baru, Panakkukang, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. Among hundreds of its fleet, Litha & Co offers four types of bus classes which are non-AC economy, AC economy, VIP, and executives. Non-AC economy bus is the most sought-after because it offers affordable fare with seat capacity of 30-40 units. In order to feel more comfort in the journey of economy class, users are also be able to travel with AC economy class that offers additional air conditioning and entertainment facilities. On the other hand, VIP class passengers can enjoy AC, LED TV, pillows, blankets and chairs equipped with a footrest. Meanwhile, the executive bus service can provide a luxurious and comfortable travel experience for every passenger, especially in long-distance travel, thanks to the availability of the most spacious seating area compared to other bus classes. Due to excellence and consistent service quality, Litha & Co was recognised as the best bus operator in Sulawesi in the 1990s. In addition, Litha & Co also continuously strives to improve its quality and successfully achieve numbers of prestigious awards, such as awards as the best economic intercity bus (AKAP) company from the Ministry of Transport Republic Indonesia in 2012 and 2014, Certificate of Excellence in 2015 and 2017 from Mercedes-Benz Bus Club of Millionaires, and Best intercity bus (AKAP) Bismania version in 2017.

Children sitting on the parent's lap can ride the bus for free. However, children must buy a full price ticket if they need an individual seat.
Ticket is only valid for the date and time as written in the ticket.
Passenger failing to arrive at the boarding point on time cannot ask for a refund.
If the bus is canceled due to force majeure (e.g. natural disaster), the passengers will get a full refund.
Departure time, bus type, and bus route can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
Passengers are advised to put their belongings in a safe storage and not to leave their belongings unattended in the bus throughout the trip.
Litha and Co will not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal items.
