MRTrans is a shuttle (travel) service provider that focuses on serving the roundtrip route of Jakarta – Bandung. Established in 2016, this Bandung-based shuttle operator offers executive shuttle services at an affordable price. It provides excellent service by using a comfortable fleet and experienced drivers. Multi Route Transindo, or commonly known as MRTrans, is one of the intercity and interprovincial (AKAP) shuttle transportation service providers. Its luxurious features have become the main reason why passengers are attracted to use its services. Established in Bandung, 15 January 2016, MRTrans is a subsidiary of PT Indomitra Mandiri Persada. This company started its business by opening the roundtrip routes of Kebon Jeruk Binus – Simpang Dago and Kebon Jeruk Binus – Pasteur. Departing at least once for every hour, MRTrans began serving its passengers since 05.30 WIB every morning. Due to the high demand for shuttle services in the Jakarta – Bandung route, MRTrans always strives to provide the best service. MRTrans is committed to ensuring passengers satisfaction by providing trips that are safe, comfortable, and on time. This executive shuttle operator also hired experienced drivers that meet the company's standard operating procedure and knows how to treat its passengers well. The sensation of using MRTrans is even maximized with the use of Toyota New Hiace Commuter fleet. This type of van is not only sufficient to carry many passengers, but also offers a comfortable interior. Passengers can even enjoy a spacious legroom thanks to its properly-arranged seats. As time goes by, this shuttle operator that carries the slogan "Makes You Feel Better" has grown significantly. This can be seen from the increasing number of routes that were opened to meet passengers demand. One of the latest routes is the short roundtrip route of Subang – Simpang Dag and Subang – Pasteur, both opened in May 2018. Aside from offering services every two hours, MRTrans also made a breakthrough by traveling via the Cipali Toll Road, significantly reducing the trip duration of Bandung – Subang to around 2 hours. Currently, MRTrans’s main office is located on Jl. Kebon Jeruk Raya No. 8A, RT.6 / RW.12, Palmerah, Jakarta. All MRTrans services are operating through four main pools that are strategically located in Kebon Jeruk, Dago, Pasteur, and Subang. Recently, MRTrans has opened a new departure point in Slipi (Jakarta) and Kalijati (Subang). It is no wonder that MRTrans has become a credible shuttle operator in the land transportation business, especially for the Jakarta – Bandung route.

Passengers are allowed to carry 2 items of baggage, consisting of 1 smaller item (e.g. handbag) that can be stored under the passenger’s seat, and 1 additional baggage with a maximum size of 65 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm. This additional item will be stored in the baggage storage area if available (first come, first served). If space is no longer available, baggage will be transferred to the next shuttle.
Passengers are not allowed to carry items that may disturb the comfort of other passengers (e.g. items with strong odor, animals).
Passengers are responsible of their belongings and MRTrans will not be responsible for any loss of personal items.
Passengers have to register their Traveloka e-tickets at the MRTrans pool, at least 15 minutes before departure.
Passenger failing to arrive at the boarding point on time cannot ask for a refund.
MRTrans has the authority to deny boarding to passengers, or to cancel shuttle departure, when necessary.
Departure time, route, and vehicle type can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
If the departure is delayed for more than 3 hours, passengers can reschedule their ticket. Rescheduling is based on availability.
If the shuttle is canceled due to mechanical failure or other reasons, the passengers will get a refund. The refund process may take up to 14 working days.
If the shuttle experiences mechanical disruption for more than 90 minutes during the trip (e.g. engine breaks down, AC stops working), passengers will get a 50% discount voucher that can be used for the next booking.

Reschedule can only be done at the latest 4 hours before departure time.
Bring your official identification document (KTP/SIM) and Traveloka e-ticket when rescheduling.
You may need to pay an extra charge, which must be done directly at the MRTrans office at your departure point.

Your Daytrans e-ticket will be sent to you via email and SMS after your payment is confirmed. You can also see your e-ticket via My Booking at the homepage. You need to exchange the e-ticket with a paper ticket from Daytrans. Show this e-ticket to the Daytrans staff at your boarding point to get your paper ticket.
