Agung Mulia Autobus Company (PO) is an Inter-City Inter-Provincial (AKAP) bus operator from Central Kalimantan. Established on June 7 2017, Agung Mulia provides executive bus services for the Banjarmasin – Palangkaraya – Sampit – Pangkalan Bun round trip route. Even though it has not even been operational for a year, Agung Mulia has started expanding new routes and increasing the number of its fleet in order to meet the need for safe and comfortable modern transportation services in the Kalimantan region.

The Agung Mulia Autobus Company (PO) began its history under the auspices of CV Agung Mulia as a transportation and cargo services business on August 27 2010. As the business continues to grow, Agung Mulia made changes to the company's articles of association on February 6 and May 29 2017. PO Agung Mulia finally officially operated on June 7 2017 by serving inter-city inter-provincial (AKAP) trips on the round trip route Banjarmasin – Palangka Raya – Sampit – Pangkalan Bun. Apart from focusing on transportation services, Agung Mulia services also still provide document and goods delivery services. This business unit is run by carrying packages in the trunk of the bus.

Edwin Permana, as the owner and top leader of Agung Mulia, stated that he started this business to make it easier for people to get modern transportation services that prioritize passenger safety and comfort. With a 2 - 2 seating configuration, each passenger has the right to enjoy a number of facilities, such as a seat with foot and arm rests, whose tilt angle can be adjusted according to needs (reclining seat) to maximize passenger comfort during long journeys. Apart from that, executive buses are also equipped with various facilities such as toilets, LED TVs, DVD players, power outlets, designated smoking rooms, neck pillows, blankets, snack services, and free city shuttles.

In an effort to increase passenger satisfaction, Agung Mulia also regularly updates and perfects all its service lines. In March 2018, Agung Mulia opened a short return route from Palangkaraya to Banjarmasin. Apart from that, Agung Mulia also has special plans to expand its operational area by introducing a new route Muara Teweh – Buntok or vice versa. In fact, to maximize meeting high demand, Agung Mulia plans to launch AC economy class buses and increase the number of fleets in the near future.

Terms & Supreme Majesty's Provisions

• Children on laps will not be charged. However, children must pay the full ticket fee if they want to sit in their own seat.
• Tickets are only valid for the date and time written on the ticket.
• Agung Mulia offers a pick-up service directly from the passenger's home. Please contact Agung Mulia directly for complete information regarding this service.
• Maximum baggage capacity 25 kg. If more, passengers must pay additional fees.
• Valuable items, such as jewelry, documents, money, wallets, cellphones and laptops, should be carried and kept by passengers themselves. Passengers are not permitted to store valuables in the bus baggage storage area. Agung Mulia is not responsible for lost passenger luggage.
• Passengers are prohibited from carrying animals, items with strong odors, as well as dangerous and poisonous items (e.g. flammable gas, chemicals, explosives, drugs, liquor).
• Passengers are prohibited from consuming alcohol, carrying weapons or other items that might disturb the safety and comfort of other passengers.
• Passengers must keep the bus neat and clean.
• Passengers cannot change seat numbers after payment is complete.
• Departure times, bus types and bus routes may change at any time due to operational reasons.
• If the bus is damaged during transit, passengers will be transferred to another bus or mode of transportation, without additional costs.

• Bring your KTP/SIM and Traveloka e-ticket when canceling.

  The amount of funds returned is determined according to the following conditions:

  • For cancellations on the day of departure, the ticket refund is 0%.
  • For cancellations 1 day or more before departure, 80% of the ticket funds will be refunded.
  • For cancellations 2 days or more before departure, the ticket will be refunded 100%.
• Refunded funds can be collected at the Agung Mulia agent office at your departure point.

• To change your schedule, call Agung Mulia on 0812 5569 8456 or visit the Agung Mulia agent office at your departure point.
• Changes to the schedule can be made no later than 1 day before departure.
• Bring your KTP/SIM and Traveloka e-ticket when changing your schedule.
• You may have to pay additional fees. Payment must be made directly at the Agung Mulia agent office at your departure point.
• Pick up your new ticket at Agung Mulia head office.
