• Tickets are only valid for passengers as written on the ticket.
• To board the vehicle, passengers must exchange their Traveloka e-ticket for a paper ticket from Kangaroo Travel at the departure point.
• Passengers must show official identification (e.g. KTP, SIM) to Kangaroo Travel staff.
• Passengers may only bring 1 piece of luggage and 1 hand bag. If more, passengers must pay additional fees.
• Departure time, vehicle type and route may change at any time due to operational reasons.
• Airport-bound passengers are advised to choose a travel schedule that departs at least 5 hours before flight check-in time.
• If the arrival time is delayed due to traffic jams or force majeure, Kangaroo Travel is not responsible for replacing missed plane tickets.
• If departure is delayed, passengers departing from Kangaroo Travel Shuttle Point AWS (Jl. Awang Long, Samarinda) and Kangaroo Travel Shuttle Point Sudirman (Jl. Jenderal Sudirman, Balikpapan) will get a free voucher for one way, which can be used for next order. Vouchers can be collected at the Kangaroo Travel pool mentioned above, and are valid for 30 days.
