• The process of canceling and disbursing ticket funds must be carried out at the agent's office at the departure point, bringing the identity card and e-ticket purchased.
• The cancellation process takes place no later than 24 hours before departure.
• The refund amount is 72% of the ticket price and is collected only at the Palala agent office according to the departure point.

Palala Reschedule Policy

• Passengers who wish to change their departure schedule can only do so offline at the nearest Palala agent office.
• Changes to the schedule stated on the ticket can be made no later than 1 day before departure.
• Schedule changes will only be served if the prospective passenger brings an identity card (KTP or SIM) and the Traveloka e-ticket that has been purchased.
• The schedule change process may require prospective passengers to pay additional fees of varying amounts.
• New tickets must be collected in person at the Palala office.
• All processes for changing schedules are only served offline at the Palala office so that we can discuss fleet availability and schedules according to needs.
