PT Raja Perdana Inti, or commonly known as RAPI, was established in Sumatra on December 22, 1998. The beginning of RAPI's establishment was marked by the opening of the Medan - Pekanbaru route (round trip) using two bus fleet units. A year later, RAPI expanded its services by adding fleets and routes, namely the Medan - Rengat and Medan - Palembang routes (round trip).

Now, RAPI is known as a bus transportation service provider that serves more than 30 cities in Sumatra. During its 21 years of operation, this Medan-based bus company (PO) has been able to serve up to 30,000 passengers each year.

With a vision to be a solution to transportation problems in an increasingly crowded world, RAPI is committed to offering superior transportation services. This company ensures that its fleet is always in good quality by carrying out periodic rejuvenation.

The Executive Class uses a fleet with a capacity of 39 passengers with a 1-2 seat format. Meanwhile, the Economy Class uses a fleet with a capacity of 40 passengers with a 2-2 seat format. • Tickets are only valid for the departure date and time as written on the ticket.
• Maximum baggage capacity is 20 kg. If more, passengers must pay additional fees.< /li>
• Passengers are prohibited from bringing animals, items with strong odors, and drugs.
• Valuables (e.g. jewelry, money, important documents, breakables) should be brought and stored by yourself. passengers, and are not stored in baggage.

• Passengers who miss the bus due to arriving late at the departure point cannot request a refund.
• Departure time, bus type, and route may change at any time for operational reasons.
• RAPI will not be responsible for any additional costs that may arise due to road closures or natural disasters.
• RAPI will not provide accident compensation.All accident claims will be the responsibility of Jasa Raharja (in accordance with Law No. 33/1964).

• Schedule changes can be made no later than 6 hours before departure.
• Bring your KTP/SIM and Traveloka e-ticket when changing your schedule.
