• Passengers must check-in at the departure point. Otherwise, the ticket will be forfeited and the ticket money will not be refunded.
• Passengers are required to bring their Traveloka e-tickets at check-in.
• Passengers are fully responsible for their personal belongings. The bus operator is not responsible for lost or exchanged passenger items.
• Departure times, vehicle types, and routes are subject to change at any time for operational reasons.
   

Santoso Bus Refund Policy  

• To cancel and request a ticket refund, visit the Santoso agent office at your departure point.
• When you want to cancel, bring your ID card. E-Ticket and SIM.
• 24 hours before departure the ticket can be canceled.
• The refund will be 75% of the ticket price.
• The refund can be collected at the Santoso agent office at your departure point.
   

Santoso Bus Reschedule Policy

• To change the schedule, visit the nearest Santoso agent office.
• Schedule changes can be made no later than 1 day before departure.
• Bring your ID card/driver's license and Traveloka e-ticket when changing the schedule.
• You may have to pay additional fees. Payment must be made directly at the Santoso agent office at your departure point.
• Pick up your new ticket at the Santoso head office.
