Komodo Tourism is the name of a bus company originating from Bali. The founder, I Gede Dharma Wijaya, was previously involved in the transportation business with the Dharma Jaya Group. He started this company 48 years ago, more precisely in 1976.

There are many ferries that serve crossings to Komodo Island from Sape Harbor. From here, the Autobus Company was finally given the name Wisata Komodo, so that passengers could more easily recognize the bus in 1986.

• Passengers are prohibited from carrying weapons and animals.
• Passengers who miss the bus because they arrive late at the departure point cannot request a refund.
• Departure times, bus types and bus routes may change at any time due to operational reasons.
• PO Wisata Komodo has the right to move passengers to another seat if necessary.
• If the bus cannot depart due to damage, passengers will be transferred to another available bus, which departs on the same day. If another bus is not available, passengers can change their departure date or request a refund directly from PO Wisata Komodo.
• For the safety and comfort of passengers, Safari Dharma Raya is prohibited from boarding passengers other than at the official departure point. 
• By ordering tickets, passengers have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of Safari Dharma Raya.

• Bus tickets that have been purchased cannot be canceled so you cannot get a refund.

• To change the schedule, chat with PO Wisata Komodo at 0818056999 or go to the nearest Wisata Komodo agent office.
• Schedule changes can only be made no later than 1 day before departure time.
• Bring your official identification documents (KTP/SIM) and Traveloka e-ticket when changing your schedule.
• You may need to pay additional fees, which must be done directly at the Komodo Tourism agency office at your departure point.
• Get your new ticket at the Komodo Tourism head office.
