SAN has three types of buses that can be chosen for inter-city travel between provinces, namely:

• AC VIP

• Business AC

Specifications for each PO fleet. SANs differ based on the units used. Seat capacity on each bus starts from 36 - 40 passengers. The seat format on the bus is 2-2.

PO Bus Policy. SAN

• Please pack your belongings as well and safely as possible.
• Always pay attention to your luggage, don't leave it behind or get confused on the bus.
• Take photos of the items you are carrying before putting them in the trunk or bus cabin.
• Tag items placed in baggage. Pay attention to the label before collecting baggage when disembarking, don't confuse it with other passengers.
• Goods and valuable documents are prohibited from being put in bags in the trunk.
• It is strictly prohibited to carry or put narcotic items in baggage and/or into the passenger cabin. 
• It is strictly forbidden to bring animals of any kind.
• It is strictly prohibited to carry any type of dangerous weapon in the trunk or cabin of the bus.

PO Refund Policy. SAN

• PO bus ticket. SANs purchased via the Buzzit application can be cancelled. You do this by selecting the cancellation option, entering the reason for cancellation, and account information for a refund.

• After the cancellation process is approved, a refund will be processed. Refund time usually takes approximately 14 working days.

   

PO Reschedule Policy. SAN

• Passengers are allowed to reschedule in the form of changing the date or day of departure. 
• Departure rescheduling can be done via the Buzzit application. After selecting a new departure date, please reselect the bus service and available seat number.
• Reschedule requests do not incur additional fees.
