How can I add 100% Refund Guarantee to my flight booking?
Search and select your flight
Go to the Flight menu on Traveloka. Fill in your flight details, then search and select the flight that best suits your needs.
Add 100% Refund Guarantee
Find 100% Refund Guarantee in the add on card options. Tick the box and you will see it added to your booking
Get your guaranteed e-ticket
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive your guaranteed e-ticket. If you need to cancel your flight, here’s how you can claim your 100% Refund Guarantee.
Terms & Conditions
- Maximum claim: IDR 5,000,000 per trip for domestic flights and IDR 7,500,000 per trip for international flights.
- Valid for flight tickets only. Add-ons (e.g. baggage, in-flight meals, baggage wrap) are not included.
- 100% Refund Guarantee applies only to refund requests submitted at least 24 hours before departure.
- Refund requests submitted less than 24 hours before departure will follow the airline’s standard refund policy.
- If you reschedule your flight, the 100% Refund Guarantee will not be transferred to the new flight.
- Insurance premium is non-refundable.
- Valid only for transactions made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- Applies for any reason of cancellation.
- Partial refunds (e.g. for one leg of a round-trip flight) may be accepted, subject to airline approval and provided that none of the tickets have been used.
- Not applicable if the passenger has already checked in.
- Not applicable if one or more tickets have already been used.
- Not applicable if the passenger has requested a refund directly from the airline.
- Not applicable if changes have been made by the passenger directly with the airline. Changes include but are not limited to passenger details (e.g. name, title) and flight routes.
- Not applicable to Points and coupons. Any Points or coupons redeemed will not be refunded.
- PayLater installment fees are non-refundable.
- If installment(s) have been paid, the refund amount will be reduced by the installment fee(s).
- If installment(s) have not been paid, payment of the fee(s) must still be completed.
- Refunds for PayLater transactions will be returned to the account holder’s PayLater limit. Any installments already paid to Traveloka will be refunded via bank transfer.
- Traveloka reserves the right to cancel any refund request deemed to involve misuse or fraud.
- Misuse of the 100% Refund Guarantee is defined as any case where Traveloka reasonably believes the benefit is used fraudulently or for commercial gain.
