Medishield Protection is exclusively applicable to Indonesian citizens with a maximum age of 65 years-old by the time of vaccination.

Medishield Protection has a coverage period of 14 days, starting from the vaccination date.
Up to Rp 2.100.000 coverage
If you experience any adverse reaction after COVID-19 vaccination and need to be hospitalized during the coverage period, you are entitled to a daily compensation of Rp150.000/day (up to 14 days).

Claims must be submitted directly to Chubb, at the latest 30 days after the incident. To submit your insurance claim, please follow the following steps.
Fill out the Claim Form (click here).
Prepare the required documents (please refer to the Required Documents tab).
Email the completed Claim Form and attached documents to Chubb (travel.id@chubb.com).
Chubb will process the claim in 14 working days. Once the claim is approved by Chubb and the Insured Person, Chubb will make the payment within 30 days.
