The four sides of the tower display digital clocks provided by Panasonic. The information center and ticket counter are located on the first floor, while the multipurpose area and administrative offices are on the second floor. The third floor includes a gift shop and a restaurant, and the basement connects to an underground shopping center with additional restaurants. The tower's official mascot is "Tawakkie," known for its large eyes. However, "Terebi-Tōsan" (Father of Television), an unofficial mascot introduced in May 2002, has become more popular. Terebi-Tōsan is characterized by its dark red body and dark green loincloth. The elevator to the observation deck is on the third floor and takes about 60 seconds to reach.
