Don't worry. It is expected that your voucher only shows 1 name, the group leader's name, on it. To see the rest of the ticket holders' names, you can find them in "Purchase Summary" and the number of vouchers you purchased will be shown.

If you purchase an E-Card, you can use a voucher code to activate it from the time the voucher is issued until the designated visit date. Furthermore, the Traveloka voucher is only valid on the specified visit date.

No. Your order is automatically logged in the system, so you only need to come on the scheduled visit day.

However, if you buy an E-Card, you must first activate it no later than 23:59 on the selected visit date. If you visit the attraction on your selected visit date without first activating the E-Card, you can still do the activation until 23:59 on the same day as your visit date.
