Blessing in disguise. That might be the first thing that came into Gianna’s mind when she felt severe back pain. Since then, Gianna who is now an international certified Yoga teacher decided to learn yoga as a healing medium. She recognizes yoga to give freedom and a new feeling.
Starting from there, Gianna started learning and practising Asana Yoga, focused on healing. This finally brought Gianna two awards from 2 national competitions and 5 others from regional.
Gianna’s Career in Learning Yoga
Gianna started learning yoga in Siddhi School of Yoga. Then she continued her career as a trainer in 105F, made Queer Retreats LLC, became a co-owner of Original Hot Yoga 305 and a partner from Yoga Unbound and Open Lotus Retreats.
With her 15 year experience, now Gianna has got E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Teacher and OHYA Teacher Trainer certificates. Gianna focused on herself to be a teacher for Asana Yoga, Pranaya and other meditation training which have holistic and hatha yoga moves. The inspirations come from David Swenson, Emmy Cleaves, Mary Jarvis, Swami Satchidananda and Lord Shiva.
Gianna’s Motivation in Learning Yoga
In 2015, Gianna got into an accident. This accident brought her back to focus on benefits from therapy in simple yoga moves. These moves are taught every day to get great benefits, mentally and physically. In addition, as an Asana Yoga expert, she shaped her passion as a teacher and found more techniques and moves to get more shape and deeper perspective.
Gianna’s Achievement in Yoga
During her career, Gianni has achieved an award from National Asana Yoga USA. Besides that, Gianni has been registered and a certified Bikram and Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga E-RYT 500 hour.
