The outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) can be overwhelming for people, especially if you are vulnerable to anxiety. Feeling constantly nervous and anxious may affect your mental health, thus you need to read these tips carefully to protect your own well-being.

Write journal or diary

Feeling bored, worried, or confused while at the same time adjusting to the new routines is somehow stressful. However, you can help yourself by writing a daily journal or diary and pour out your feelings in a piece of paper.
