Things to Know Before Booking an Xperience

There are multiple tickets available. Which one should I pick?

You must choose the ticket that you are eligible for. Please note that tickets are non-refundable. If you purchase the wrong ticket (e.g.: mismatched nationality), your ticket will not be valid and you will not receive a refund.

Until when will the EPIC Sale voucher that I would like to purchase remain redeemable?

All EPIC Sale bookings are Buy Now, Xperience Later types of vouchers with varying validity periods depending on the product you purchase.

You can redeem your EPIC Sale voucher from the date of purchase until the end of the validity period stated on the voucher.

To check the exact validity of the voucher you are interested in, you can simply check the line beside the calendar icon located directly below your voucher name.

What happens to my voucher if the venue is closed on my date of visit or if another social restriction measure is enforced?

If the venue is still closed or if social restriction measures are extended beyond the validity period, you can rest assured that we will take proactive steps to take care of you.

You will receive a new voucher with an extended validity period by email and your voucher in My Booking should also be updated.

Once our partner is back in operation, you can simply present the newest voucher and enjoy the Xperience!

Are there any terms and conditions that I need to look out for before booking?

EPIC Sale bookings are non-refundable and you can find the voucher T&C on the product page. To check the validity period, please refer to the answer above.
