Q: Can I buy tickets for other people?

A: Sure! Make sure you use the name and identity of the person who will attend HeyFest! 2022 so they will not be denied entry to the venue.

Q: Can I request a refund for my ticket?

A: In accordance with promoter regulations, tickets that have been purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable to other people.

Q: Can I give my ticket to someone else?

A: In accordance with promoter regulations, tickets that have been purchased are non-transferable. We are unable to facilitate name changes once tickets have been booked and issued.

Q: Can I buy tickets together with other people?

A: Yes, you can buy tickets with other people like friends or family. If the tickets are booked under your name, you must be present during the ticket redemption.

Q: Is there a ticket purchase limit?

A: Yes, you can buy up to 5 tickets.

Q: How do I check the validity of my ticket?

A: You can check your ticket validity in the Traveloka App using the account used to buy the ticket. Here are the steps:

Q: How do I redeem my ticket at the venue?

A: It's easy! Download your ticket through the My Booking menu on your Traveloka App or your email, then show the QR code to the staff at the venue.

Q: What types of IDs can I use to enter the venue?

A: You can use your KTP, student card, driver's license, and passport.

Q: I cannot attend the event on the selected visit date. Can I change the date?

A: No. You cannot change the name, festival date, or ticket category after the voucher has been booked and issued.

A: Yes, you can still attend the event for 2 days. Please present your Traveloka voucher during the redemption.

A: Don’t worry! If you cannot find the voucher on your Traveloka App, please check your email.
