Due to COVID-19-related safety concerns, the Jakarta leg of Lauv ~how I’m feeling world tour~ Jakarta 2020 has been postponed. If you have bought a ticket, we understand that you might have a few concerns. Don’t worry, we’ve compiled a list of FAQs below for further information on the event and your e-voucher.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: If I still have an active ticket, do I need to do anything?

A: No need to worry about anything. Your ticket is still valid and will be automatically rescheduled after we receive an updated event date from the promoter. We’re working endlessly to give you the newest info, but you can also check the promoter's Instagram account @pkentertainment.id for updates.

Q: The reschedule is not going to work for me. Can I submit a refund request?

A: We understand the situation is not ideal. Unfortunately, the refund policy is entirely regulated by the promoter, and Traveloka is no exception to this rule. While your ticket is non-refundable, we are constantly working with the event promoters to give you the best experience possible. Should the official refund policy change, you will be among the first to know!

Q: But I received an email from Traveloka regarding refund submission for this event!

A: You are correct. However, the promoter has since changed their official policy. If you have submitted a refund request prior to July 15th 2020, your refund process should already be completed. If you haven’t requested a refund by that date, your voucher is regrettably no longer refundable, but you can still use it to attend the event on the rescheduled date!

Q: So what date is the event rescheduled to?

A: Given current circumstances, it’s a little difficult to determine when the new event date is going to be, as your safety and the artists’ wellbeing are always our top priority. However, rest assured that we are working together with the promoter to keep you updated on the newest changes.

Q: Will the event be cancelled? What happens if it does get cancelled?

A: As of now, the event won’t be cancelled. Based on information that we’ve received from the promoter, this event will be rescheduled to a safer date. However, should we receive any news of cancellation, we will take proactive actions to make sure that you are properly cared for.
