Can I buy the E-Card to visit on the same day?

Yes. Make sure to directly activate the E-Card after the voucher is issued and before 23:59.

When can I activate the E-Card?

You can activate your E-Card immediately after receiving the Traveloka voucher, latest at 23:59 on the selected visit date. However, you can still visit Ancol Attractions on the selected visit date without activating the E-Card first and activate it latest at 23:59 on the same day.

How long is the E-Card validity?

The E-Card validity starts from the visit date you selected, depending on the ticket type you purchased. Make sure you have activated the E-Card no later than 23:59 on your selected visit date.

For example, if you purchased an Annual Pass and chose to visit on 30 June 2022, after being activated, the E-Card will be valid for 1 year from 30 June 2022.

How to activate the E-Card?

You can do the following steps:

Click the link http://bit.ly/ecardpass.
To scan your ticket and take a photo through the camera, make sure you select "allow camera" (take a photo without wearing a mask).
Enter your Xperience voucher ID number or scan your ticket and click the “send” button.
Input your personal data correctly, E-Card will be sent to your email (make sure that your email is active and you input your email address correctly). When the data you input is correct, click the "Continue" button.
Take a photo of your face, make sure your face is clearly visible in the photo, click the "camera" button for photos, fit your face in the box, then click the "Create E-Card” button. Make sure to take a photo without wearing a mask.
Your E-Card is ready. Check your email or you can download it directly by clicking "Download E-Card".

Please note that if there is any misuse of the E-Card, the E-Card will be deactivated.

Where can I find the code to activate the E-Card?

Check the voucher code on the My Booking page on Traveloka App or the voucher (not the receipt/invoice) sent to your email.

Whose name should I input if I purchase for multiple persons?

If you book for multiple people, you only need to register 1 (one) Visitor Details as the lead visitor. Please note that the lead visitor must be present during the redemption process at the venue.

I bought the E-Card for several people, but I only received 1 voucher code. How to activate the E-Card for each person?

The amount of voucher codes you receive is equal to the number of E-Cards you purchase. Check the voucher code on the My Booking page on Traveloka App or the voucher (not the receipt/invoice) sent to your email.

I cannot activate the E-Card. What should I do?

If you are finding it difficult to activate the E-Card, please contact Traveloka Customer Service immediately. We are not responsible for E-Cards that are unusable due to late activation.

How to access the E-Card after activation?

After activation, the E-Card will be sent directly to your email. Make sure your email address is correct. If the E-Card has not been sent to your email address after a while, please contact the Ancol Group Customer Service via WhatsApp at +62 877-8222-2422.

I have activated the E-Card but have not received it in my email. What should I do?

Make sure you have entered the correct email address. If the E-Card has not been sent to your email address after a while, please contact the Ancol Group Customer Service via WhatsApp at +62 877-8222-2422.

Can I use the voucher code to activate the E-Card if I have used the same code to visit?

No. The voucher code you purchased via Traveloka is not an E-Card. Therefore, you must use the voucher code to activate the E-Card first. If you use the Traveloka voucher without activating the E-Card beforehand, your voucher will be valid for 1-time entrance only. Make sure to activate the E-Card no later than 23:59 on your selected visit date.

I want to activate the E-Card but it is stated as the code cannot be used/not found/not available/not registered. What should I do?

Please inform the code to Traveloka Customer Service so we can confirm it with the Ancol Group. The code that has been used or activated cannot be reused to activate the E-Card.

Can I activate the E-Card if the voucher I bought on Traveloka has expired or is past the selected visit date?

No. The voucher code that passed the selected visit date cannot be used to activate the E-Card or to request a refund.

What if the voucher code is swapped with friends/families’ when activating the E-Card?

Don’t worry, when you enter the Ancol area, the officer will do verification based on the ID card (KTP) as well as the photo and name written on the E-Card.

I bought the E-Card for several people. Is the photo of each person required to activate the E-Card?

Yes. One E-Card is valid for 1 person only, so make sure to upload the photo that matches the actual E-Card holder. Please also ensure you have inputted all the correct information in accordance with your ID card (KTP), e.g.: your full name.

I cannot upload a photo when activating the E-Card. What should I do?

Ensure your internet connection is strong when uploading the photo. You are also advised to restart your phone. If the issue persists, you can screenshot the trouble you experience and send it to the Ancol Group Customer Service via WhatsApp at +62 877-8222-2422.

We advise you to activate the E-Card before visiting or arriving at the gate to ensure the activation process runs smoothly with no rush. If you visit Ancol Attractions on the selected visit date without activating the E-Card, you still have time to activate it until 23:59 on the same day.

I would like to make my visit before the selected visit date. Can I reschedule my voucher?

E-Card vouchers are non-reschedulable, which means you cannot make your visit before the selected visit date.

If you are unable to visit the attraction on the selected date, you can come later provided you have activated the E-Card first.

I have activated the E-Card but cannot visit on the selected date. Is it only the Entrance Ticket that will be annulled?

Correct. Ancol Gate Entrance Ticket will be annulled if you do not visit on the selected date. Meanwhile, your E-Card will still be valid as long as you have activated it by the selected visit date. Make sure you have activated the E-Card first no later than 23:59 on the selected visit date.

I have the attraction ticket/E-Card. Should I buy the Vehicle Ticket too?

The E-Card I bought already includes an Ancol Entrance Ticket. Does it mean I don’t need to buy an Entrance Ticket every time I visit Ancol?

No. The free Ancol Entrance Ticket is only valid for your first visit and must be used on the selected visit date. On the next visit, you must purchase the Ancol Entrance Ticket again.

Do I have to make a reservation after buying an E-Card voucher on Traveloka?

No. Your order is automatically logged in the system, so you only need to come on the scheduled visit day. However, if you buy an E-Card, you must first activate it no later than 23:59 on the selected visit date. If you visit Ancol Attractions on the selected visit date without activating the E-Card, you still have time to activate it until 23:59 on the same day.

I've bought a ticket, but the quota is already full when I want to make a reservation. What do I have to do?

After purchasing a ticket, you do not need to make another reservation. Please come directly on the selected visit date!

Are there any visit limits for a 6-Month/Annual Pass?

No. After activating the E-Card, you are free to visit as long as the E-Card is valid, starting from the visit date you have selected.
