Until when will the Birthday Sale voucher that I would like to purchase remain redeemable?
The Birthday Sale voucher validity period varies from one voucher to another. Some vouchers are only valid on the selected visit date, while others are valid for up to 14 days from the selected visit date.

Are there any terms and conditions that I need to look out for before booking?
The Birthday Sale vouchers are non-refundable but some vouchers will have longer validity beyond the selected visit date. To check the validity period, please refer to the answer above.
Aside from that, all of our T&C points are pretty standard, but it is recommended that you read the full T&C before making any transactions. To do so, you can follow these steps:

Is there anything that I should do prior to visiting?
It is recommended for you to always check whether the venue is open on your planned visit date by contacting the venue directly, especially given the current uncertain situation.
We also recommend that you bring proof of vaccination, either in print or digital through the PeduliLindung application.
If you purchased a Beauty & Spa or COVID Test voucher, you may need to make a reservation prior to your visit.
Where can I check the validity of my voucher?

What happens to my voucher if the venue is closed on my date of visit or if another social restriction measure is enforced?
Don't worry! Some vouchers will remain valid for up to 14 days from your selected visit date. To check the validity period of your voucher, you can refer to the answer above.
However, if the venue is still closed or if social restriction measures are extended beyond the validity period, you can rest assured that we will take proactive steps to take care of you.
You will receive a new voucher with an extended validity period by email and your voucher in My Booking should also be updated.
Once our partner is back in operation, you can simply present the newest voucher and enjoy the Xperience!
What if I cannot make it on the visit date that I originally selected?
If your voucher is only valid on the selected visit date, unfortunately it is not reschedulable or refundable.
However, if your voucher is valid beyond the selected visit date (usually up to 14 days from the selected visit date), you can make your visit any time within the validity period.
Note that if the voucher you purchased is a Beauty & Spa or COVID Test voucher, you may need to contact the venue directly to reschedule.
