Ji Chang Wook's next destination was Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park. Upon arriving at GWK, his first activity was purchasing a traditional Balinese necklace, made by the locals. Following his shopping, he attended a Balinese gamelan performance and visited Dewi Laksmi Pond to toss coins, believed to grant wishes.
Ji Chang Wook eagerly captured these moments with his camera. To further embrace Balinese culture, he wore Kamen cloth with a distinct pattern, as a symbol of respect for local traditions. He also seized the opportunity to join musicians in playing gamelan.
If you visit here, you can follow Ji Chang Wook’s footsteps by enjoying the Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue, which stands at an impressive height of 121 meters. This magnificent statue depicts the Hindu deity Vishnu riding on the mythical bird Garuda, designed by the acclaimed artist I Nyoman Nuarta.
