Due to changes in the artist’s tour routing, the Jakarta leg of Louis Tomlinson World Tour 2022 has been rescheduled to 14 July 2022. Q: What should I do with my existing ticket?

A: Please note that your old ticket is no longer valid. We have sent a new ticket with the adjusted event date to your email, so please look for a new email from cs@traveloka.com or attractionops@traveloka.com.

Q: I haven’t received the new ticket. What should I do?

A: If you are unable to find the new ticket in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Q: The reschedule is not going to work for me. Can I submit a refund request?

A: In accordance with promoter regulations, your ticket is non-refundable. However, we are constantly working with the event promoters to give you the best experience possible. Q: The reschedule is not going to work for me. Can I transfer the ticket to another person?

A: Yes. You can easily transfer your ticket to a friend or relative with a letter of attorney. Simply use the template on this link bit.ly/LTjakarta.

Q: So what date is the event rescheduled to?

A: The concert has been rescheduled to 14 July 2022 and will still be held at Tennis Indoor Senayan.

Q: Will the event be canceled? What happens if it does get canceled?

A: As of now, the event won’t be canceled. However, should we receive any news of cancellation, we will take proactive actions to make sure that you are properly cared for.
