・Exchange requests submitted in the app are processed at the start of the month and reflected within the month.*

・A minimum of 200 points is required, and exchanges can be made in increments of 100 points.

*Exchanged points will be credited by the end of the month following the month of exchange.

Previously, Traveloka Points could only be used within the Traveloka platform. With this new service, they can now be converted into Ponta Points and redeemed at approximately 320,000 partner stores and services nationwide. This allows users to enjoy greater flexibility, not only for travel bookings but also for everyday shopping and a wide variety of other uses.
