Thailand's borders are now re-opening for international tourists. Starting 1 May 2022, fully vaccinated, unvaccinated, or unfully vaccinated travelers will no longer be required to show proof of a pre-arrival negative RT-PCR test, nor undergo a COVID-19 arrival test.
Fully vaccinated tourists can travel anywhere in Thailand, without quarantine. Unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated tourists must undergo 5x24 hours quarantine and undergo an RT-PCR test on Day 5. Exception is made for unvaccinated tourists who are able to upload proof of a negative RT-PCR test within 3x24 hours of travel via the Thailand Pass system, they – like those fully vaccinated – will be allowed entry and are free to go anywhere in Thailand.

Malaysia has reopened its borders for international tourists, including from Indonesia. Starting 1 May 2022, fully vaccinated travelers (13 years old and above) and children 12 years old and below, are not required to show RT-PCR pre-departure test.
Before entering Malaysia, all travelers must download the MySejahtera application and scan the QR code "Travelers from Abroad" on entry.

Singapore is now open for international travelers, including leisure tourists from Indonesia. Starting 26 April 2022, fully vaccinated travelers (with WHO EUL COVID-19 Vaccines) do not require to present negative test result of COVID-19 test to enter Singapore, with the exception for Non-Malaysian Work Permit Holders (WPHs) holding an In-Principle Approval (IPA) in the Construction, Marine Shipyard and Process (CMP) sectors.. Starting 1 April 2022, fully vaccinated travelers do not require VTL or any entry approvals to enter Singapore.

From 15 March 2022, Vietnam opens its borders for international tourists again.
Visa exemption policy for Southeast Asian countries, as well as 13 countries for up to 15 days regardless of the purpose of entry. Those 13 countries are Belarus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Norway, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, and the UK. Cambodia is now open for international tourists. Starting 17 March 2022, fully vaccinated travelers can enter Cambodia without the requirement of any COVID-19 tests.
Fully vaccinated travelers do not need to conduct an Antigen Rapid test upon arrival in Cambodia and no quarantine needed for fully vaccinated travelers. For not fully vaccinated travelers, must undergo a mandatory 14 days quarantine and RT-PCR test on day 13. If the result is positive, travelers need to carry out COVID-19 treatment and the cost being borne self funded.

South Korea has reopened gradually its borders for tourists with special purposes.
Starting January 8,2021, all eligible traveler entering South Korea must submit a negative PCR test issued within 72 hours prior to departure.

China's borders are now re-opening gradually for visitors. Effective from September 28, 2020, foreign nationals holding valid Chinese residence permits for work, personal matters and reunion are allowed to enter China with no need for applying for new visas.
If the above three categories of residence permits held by foreign nationals expired after March 28, 2020, the holders may apply for relevant visas by presenting the expired residence permits and relevant materials to the Chinese embassies or consulates on the condition that the purpose of the holders' visit to China remains unchanged.

Starting 30 August 2021, fully vaccinated business travelers from Indonesia can enter Hong Kong again.

Travelers are required to present a medical certificate indicating a negative COVID-19 test result. The test must be taken within 2x24 hours of the scheduled departure time of the flight to Hong Kong.
Travelers must undergo self quarantine at a designated quarantine facility for 21 nights.
From December 30, 2020, until the end of January, 2021, all foreign nationals and Japanese citizens, will be asked to submit a negative COVID-19 testing result conducted within 72 hours (from the sampling time to departure time of the flight) to an immigration officer and a COVID-19 testing will be conducted at airport quarantine stations upon entry into Japan. International travelers are not allowed to enter Japan until at least the end of January 2021.

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and all cities in United Arab Emirates (UAE) is now open again for tourists from Indonesia.
Depending on the passengers nationality they can get a visa on arrival, or passengers can apply for a visit visa from Dubai Immigration before they travel.

Spain has opened its borders with all European Union member states from 21 June, the end of the state of alarm, and will no longer impose quarantine on visitors. The European Union has also lifted its internal border controls within the Schengen area and has issued a recommendation for authorising entry for citizens of non-EU countries, which each country will apply according to the reciprocity principle.
Following these criteria, Spain permits entry to citizens of the following countries, from 4 July: Algeria, Australia, Canada, China, Georgia, Japan, Montenegro, Morocco, New Zealand, Rwanda, Serbia, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia, and Uruguay. The reciprocity principle is maintained for citizens of Algeria, China, and Morocco.
